Keep in mind, these are not the guidlines to post a comment at alt teen services, although I would assume most of them should be understood as common sense. These are however the guidelines that the authors library system has put on their soon to be published teen services blog.

BIC is located in the library's Central Library... which is under renovation. I think they moved it to the building next door, the historic Julia Ideson Building. From their press release:

There will be a reference room where customers can find information and consult reference materials including those exclusively available at the Central Library. For faster service, customers may request reference materials in advance by email, through the HPL Web site's "Ask a Librarian" service, or by telephone at 832-393-1313. Computers will be available in the circulation area to check the catalog and place holds.

I am trying to locate some articles written written in the 60' by Marge Crumbaker. So my question is: where is the The Houston Pulic Library's Bibliographic Information Center?

Brenda, my first recommendation is going to be to either call the Houston Public Library at 832-393-1313 or use their online, interactive "Ask A Librarian" chat, available at www.houstonlibrary.org. If they can't help you, try Harris County. They also have an Ask a Librarian service, at www.hcpl.net.

Either should be able to help you or get you started.

Good luck!
